Seamless transition
Teams are constantly communicating with employees, as Work from home for such an extended period is a unique experience to everyone. It is therefore of topmost importance to handhold them through this journey. Timely e-mailers and phone calls are made to communicate with employees. Team also ensured that employees are provided with workstation set-up with equipment such as Laptops, Desktop, Printers, Wi-Fi dongles, etc. In geographies where Government has permitted some movement and offices have started their limited operations adequate health measures are been taken, regular circulars are being sent urging them to take all the health related precautions.
Engaged and productive workforce
Learning and development of team members has also been an important priority, various courses are made available to employees via Svatantra’s E-learning platform and other online learning platforms.
