Audit Officer
- Monitor day to day field operations at the branch level in association with the Field Officers and the Branch Managers to ensure the processes and policies are maintained to avoid any financial, operational and portfolio risk
- Review systems / procedures / policies, including appraisal of past transactions and, confirm adherence to established policies and procedures, probing into deviations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead & guide the field HR team members & drive various HR related initiatives in the respective zone comprising to 4-5 states.
- Ensure Branch / State level connect through regular Branch visits. Capture feedback and ensure the same is shared with various stakeholders.
- Handle entire employee life cycle and related process for the respective Zone.
- MBA Preferred with experience of 12 - 15 years in HR with a minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in team handling.

Regional Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day to day operations including disbursement and collections management and portfolio monitoring of approximately 15 branches.

- To review and process the loan application of customers generated by the Field Officers.
- Handle data requirements related to income and documentation of customers, raised by concerned stakeholders.

- Conduct tele-verification calls to clients / customers and share observations with concerned stakeholders in business.
- Ensure correct and timely updation of income details of customers on internal business applications.
- Knowledge and understanding of reading Credit Bureau (CB) reports etc.
