Our Annual Conference, is designed as a platform to share the updated business plan and strongly promotes open interaction amongst employees at all levels of the organization We also conduct an annual employee satisfaction survey which enables employees to share their views, sentiments and recommendations in a more openly manner, while remaining anonymous.
Employees receive key information and relevant reports through our various knowledge sharing initiatives. Monthly updates are circulated to all the employees highlighting all the major activities at the branch and head office level across the organization through our monthly newsletter “Echo”. It also gives a voice to our employees to express their opinions and sentiments about work life at Svatantra. We also run a daily refresher on different policies called “Juice”
Svatantra, unlike the industry norms, follow a corporate work timings structure of 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
